LEGAL ANALYST (Legal)

• Assists in logging, responding and tracking formal complaints.


• Assists in interfacing with internal and external customers.


• Assists in creating reports and presentations for executive management.


• Performs research and analysis of issues that are presented from internal and external sources.


• Responsible for execution of the procedures outlined by the Manager.


• Responsible for ensuring due diligence procedures are performed and meet audit requirements pursuant to banking regulations.


• Responsible for compiling information and data in response to subpoenas.


• Understanding of ever-changing regulatory environment and flexibility to change processes when needed.


• This position requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in determining priorities and recognition of potential issues.


• Performs other duties as necessary.

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred with three to five years in a related field.


• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written.


• Must have an attention to detail.


• Must have strong organizational skills.


• Must be able to familiar with various software programs.

Salary Minimum: 48000Salary Maximum: 60000
