We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our campus. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our 11-building campus. This role ensures the functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities, contributing to a productive and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of building systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, and other building equipment.Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergency situations promptly, including repairs to equipment, fixtures, and building structures.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, using appropriate tools and techniques.Maintain and repair building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.Maintain and repair various equipment, including production equipment, material handling equipment, and office equipment.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of PPE and adherence to lockout/tagout procedures.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.Travel between 11 buildings to respond to maintenance requests.Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
