Brand Campaign Strategy Manager (Finance)
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Brand Campaign Strategy Manager to join our team at Nemours Children's Health. The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, integrated marketing and communication strategies that align with Nemours' goals. This role requires a mix of creative thinking, strategic planning, and project management to maintain a unified brand presence and engage our key audiences. This position applies knowledge of service lines, market research, business analysis, branding, communications and marketing strategy to inform campaign strategy. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.

This position requires occasional travel to our locations throughout the Delaware Valley and Florida.
Essential Functions
Brand Strategy & Messaging
• Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints, including internal communications and external campaigns. Serve as a key liaison to educate and enforce brand standards across various departments.
• Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with marketing, operational, and clinical teams to ensure content aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Brand Resource Management: Maintain and update the organization's style guide and brand resource center to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Campaign Planning & Production Management
• Campaign Strategy Development: Lead the creation of integrated marketing strategies that promote services, aligning with overall business goals and marketing objectives.
• Content Creation & Execution: Develop and oversee a variety of content for campaigns, including digital, print, video, email, and out-of-home placements. Work with Marketing & Communication colleagues and multimedia teams to produce engaging and effective creative assets.
• Campaign Production Management: Oversee all aspects of campaign production, from creative development to deployment. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple platforms, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Optimization & Reporting: Use campaign analytics to evaluate and optimize materials and strategies. Track key performance metrics across digital and traditional channels, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and outcomes.
Account Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Account Management: Manage select non-clinical programs, working with business units across the organization to ensure alignment with marketing goals and strategic initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with business partners and across Marketing Communications functional areas to prioritize and plan for incoming projects.
Training, Support & Team Collaboration
• Training & Best Practices: Provide training to team members and staff on campaign planning and production and best practices in brand management.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Facilitate communication between marketing, clinical, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and communications projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, brand management and campaign planning and production, or a related field, is required; 7+ preferred.
Experience working in a highly complex and matrixed corporate environment with a large regional or national footprint is preferred.
