We need a dependable, professional individual who excels under pressure and can easily multi-task for this short-term position with an indefinite end date. This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week.

What You Will Do
- Manage daily shipping queue
- Assess shipping queue every day
- Generate documentation with each case every day
- Create all shipping paperwork for outgoing cases
- Track outgoing shipments to ensure any shipping delays are resolved in a timely manner
- Adhere to ISO 13485, HIPAA Regulations, and the Quality Management System's standard operating procedures and work instructions
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills required
- Administrative experience required
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or documentation
- Familiarity with medical device or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of ISO standards or regulated environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
