Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Property Management experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.
• Strong customer service skills
• Working knowledge of HUD and Tax Credit programs and requirements 
• Boston Post experience a plus
