Human Resources Generalist (Human Resources)

Cascade Surgicenter is an ambulatory surgery center with over 100 employees supporting outpatient surgeries in Central Oregon. We are seeking an experienced part-time HR Generalist to support the HR needs of our amazing team. The HR Generalist will support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits and compliance. This person needs to be comfortable working independently while balancing the HR needs of the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services while working with caring, fun, energetic individuals that love what they do everyday. This position provides a hybrid and flexible work schedule of 20-30 hours per week. Candidates must reside in Central Oregon prior to start date.
