The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for working with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies to create awareness and generate leads for E&S Rings portfolio of apartment communities.

What Youll Need to Bring to the Table:
A keen design eye, a strong send of marketing and how it applies to real-world business situations. A strong work ethic, willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done. A passion for delivering excellent service and a strong commitment to supporting your team. Integrity, confidence, resourcefulness, objectivity, dependability, sincerity and humility.Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field required.
Minimum of three (3) years in a Marketing or Agency environment.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Extensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Experience in digital advertising, such Google AdWords, a plus.Proficiency in search engine optimization a plus.
Experience in social media strategy and management a plus.
Knowledge of Content Management Systems.Thorough knowledge of all related compliance/regulations pertaining to marketing.Working knowledge of HTML coding a plus.
Your Calling Will Be:
Coordinating the production and implementation of digital marketing campaigns; Writing copy and creating graphic designs to highlight E&S Rings properties and promote their brands. Managing marketing systems essential to E&S Rings digital marketing efforts, including CMS, CRM, project management and analytics tools, and ensuring accurate and effective content is presented across all E&S Rings marketing channels. Supporting the day-to-day operations of marketing, including managing the helpdesk queue and responding to helpdesk requests to provide technical support for marketing systems, researching and finding for solutions for technical issues for marketing systems. Collaborating with property managers and manage marketing vendors to ensure optimal performance for marketing campaigns. Delivering a high level of internal customer service; communicates clearly, concisely, and respectfully with co-workers; strives to meet internal needs and proactively offering alternatives in the event the request cannot be fulfilled exactly as requested.
Your Work Schedule
Monday through Friday and sometimes nights and weekends.
