Senior Product Development Engineer (Finance)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development engineer to drive bring up of state-of-the-art SOCs through collaboration with design and production teams.
What you will be doing:
- Analyze product yield limiters, drive failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) at wafer and package level
- Characterize different aspects of performance and power to take competitive products to market
- Lead multi-functional efforts with design, foundry, quality, test, customers and suppliers to root-cause problems and implement improvements
- Influence next-gen products by collaboration with architecture, software and test teams.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting test failures and optimizing test coverage
- Experience with porting functional workloads to an automated test environment. Understanding of software-hardware dependencies.
- Exposure to both Teradyne and Advantest platforms is a plus

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
